Month of Coordination
Perfect for the couple who’s handled the planning but needs a trusted expert to tie it all together. Our Month-Of Coordination package ensures your vision is executed smoothly so you can fully enjoy your day without worrying about logistics or last-minute details.
Here’s what’s included:
Planning & Preparation
One comprehensive planning meeting (6–8 weeks out) to review all event details and logistics
Customized wedding weekend timeline
Vendor contract review and confirmation of final details
Creation of a venue layout or floor plan (as needed)
Unlimited email communication beginning 6 weeks before the event
Final venue walk-through (if local and available)
Video meetings with key vendors to walk through the timeline, identify potential gaps, and make real-time adjustments that support a smooth, seamless experience for all involved
Vendor Management
Confirm all vendor arrival times and logistics
Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors the week of the wedding
Distribute final timeline, layouts, and key info to vendors
Wedding Rehearsal
Coordinate and lead rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
Provide ceremony cues for wedding party, officiant, and family
Wedding Day Management
Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on wedding day
One lead coordinator + assistant (as needed based on guest count and logistics)
Oversee setup of personal items (signage, guest book, place cards, etc.)
Manage vendor arrivals, setup, and timeline adherence
Cue ceremony processional and manage flow of events
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues discreetly
Distribute final payments and gratuities (if provided in labeled envelopes)
Pack up personal items at the end of the night
Delivery of packed personal items to your designated hotel room (within a 20-mile radius)

Full Planning
Ideal for busy couples who want expert guidance from the very beginning. Our Full Planning package is a comprehensive, hands-on service that covers every detail—from your first inspiration board to your final farewell. We’ll be your creative partner, logistical expert, and trusted advocate throughout the planning process.

Planning & Design
Initial consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and budget
Access to trusted vendor recommendations that align with your style and needs
Assistance with securing and managing vendor contracts
Development of a cohesive design concept, including color palette, layout, florals, rentals, and more
Creation of a custom mood board and design proposal
Sourcing and management of all design-related vendors and elements
Venue walkthroughs and layout planning
Budget guidance and management throughout the planning process
Monthly planning check-ins and milestone tracking
Unlimited email communication from the time of booking
Vendor & Logistics Management
Schedule and attend key vendor meetings and tastings
